Kapton Workwear is a registered brand of Finer Thread Ltd.
• Orders should be placed via phone, email or customers’ unique Kapton Workwear Login.
• Orders via email should be sent to info@finerthread.co.uk.
• There is no minimum order for stock items.
• Orders/Delivery will be charged as per our standard pricing of products/services unless stated otherwise.
• Finer Thread Ltd. will use its best efforts to deliver orders within an agreed upon time period, however Finer Thread Ltd. will not be responsible for any costs or liability due to delayed delivery.
• Finer Thread Ltd. shall ensure that each delivery of the Goods is accompanied by a delivery note which shows the date of the Order, all relevant Customer and Supplier reference numbers, the type and quantity of the Goods and, if the Order is being delivered by instalments, the outstanding balance of Goods remaining to be delivered.
• Finer Thread Ltd. shall have no liability for any failure to deliver the Goods to the extent that such failure is caused by the Customer's failure to provide the Supplier with adequate delivery instructions or any other information that is relevant to the supply of the Goods.
• Delivery charge for orders with a total value of less than £250 excl. VAT is applicable to a minimum £5.99 (Unless otherwise stated).
• There is no delivery cost on all orders above £250 excl. VAT, next day delivery for orders received before 10:30am (UK Mainland).
• Customer will pay all taxes, duties, and governmental charges including interest and penalties on such charges, which may be levied on the merchandise.

• Finer Thread Ltd. will only accept merchandise returned for credit.
• Customer bespoke designed products will not be accepted back under any circumstances.
• Only faulty garments that have not been worn, printed or embroidered or processed in any manner will be credited. These garments must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods against a Returns Number furnished by Finer Thread Ltd.
• If garments are being returned, you must contact Finer Thread Ltd. & request a RETURNS NUMBER. Goods will not be accepted or processed without an authorised returns number.
• Returned garments should be returned in appropriate packaging and in a sellable condition. Goods will not be taken back if they are soiled/damaged and/or sent back in poor/inadequate packaging.
• All returned items will require prior written agreement.
• All incorrectly supplied goods should be reported and returned no later than 7 days of receipt of the order.
• Shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order.
• Correctly supplied goods will only be accepted at the discretion of Finer Thread Ltd. and will be subject to a minimum handling charge of 10% of the total value of goods plus any carriage charges.
• Telephony orders: Finer Thread Ltd. will not be liable for any errors once they have been read back to the customer to confirm the correctness of the order and the customer confirms the order read back is correct.
• All deliveries must be checked for the correct number of parcels on receipt of delivery by the courier before signing for the goods; Finer Thread Ltd. will not be responsible for any shortages resulting from the incorrect number of parcels being received.
• Any returns arranged must be sent directly to our Warehouse address otherwise they may be rejected unless directed otherwise.
• Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in GBP.
• Account customers: 30 Days credit is available on completion of a credit account application form (Unless otherwise stated) and subject to satisfactory references & credit checks. All accounts are subject to periodic reviews without prior notice, the goods remain the ownership of Finer Thread Ltd. until fully paid. In the unlikely event of the goods are not paid for, Finer Thread Ltd. reserve the right to collect the goods from the premises or recover funds through a Third Party.
• Non-Account customers: - payments shall be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit card accompanied with the order or before dispatch.
• If any payment is not received when due, the Customer agrees to pay an additional late charge of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month.
Customers may cancel orders for merchandise any time prior to shipment. However:
• Cancelled orders must be acknowledged by a written Cancellation Acknowledgement from Finer Thread Ltd.
• Cancelled orders for merchandise may be subject to a cancellation fee plus any charges associated with the preparation of the order.
Prices stated are those prevailing at the date of our acknowledgement of order and apply to all goods and services covered by such an order. We may supply goods or services as more than one consignment and invoice each separately, in which case each consignment shall be deemed to be a separate contract/order. Prices are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax and delivery costs unless stated otherwise. Finer Thread Ltd. will make every effort to fulfil a contract by stipulated dates stated but such dates are approximate only and no liability is accepted by Finer Thread Ltd. for failure to meet them. In particular, if events beyond our reasonable control prevent or hinder us, in such circumstance delivery dates shall be extended by the period of the delay.
